Crankworx Whistler. My First Time

So I had the pleasure of heading up to Whistler B.C. again this past week for the first half of Crankworx Whistler. I’ve never been to Whistler Bike Park until this year and had never been to Crankworx Whistler. Needless to say I was pretty stoked. Speed and Style was awesome to witness. The EWS race went on while I was there and I got to watch some Red Bull Joyride practice as well as the Garbanzo DH Race.  Whistler is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen and Whistler Bike Park (as cheesy as it sounds) really is Disneyland for all mountain bike kind. There is something there for all disciplines and its no wonder people from all over the planet flock there to ride every summer.

I drove up the Thursday before to meet up with some of my awesome work buddies from around the globe. Upon arriving we setup our Spank/iXS booth at the base of the main lift and got to work spreading the good word (read product information) on all of our 2015 gear and products. Met tons of awesome people that were stoked on all our products and informed a lot of people on our two awesome companies as well. Also met some of the great riders our companies sponsor and some awesome bike industry peeps.

I didn’t get too far from the lift area as I had to stay close because I was working the booth after all but managed to get a few images in that will show what it’s like there in Whistler for those of you that haven’t been.  I know I can’t wait to get back and I promise more photographs next time!  Hope you enjoy.
